general conditions of rental

Reservation

Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send you, subject to availability confirmation of your reservation.

Every emplacement is nominative and cannot under any circumstance be re-sold or sublet.

Persons under 18 years old must be accompanied with their parents or legal tutor.

Payment conditions

1 - For each pitch, a deposit, of 120€ (which includes a non-refundable booking fee of 20€) must be paid upon reservation. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival before taking possession of the emplacement.

2 - For rented accomodation, a deposit of 30 % of the total cost of the accommodation plus a non-refundable booking fee of 25€ must be paid upon reservation. The remaining balance is to be settled without fail, 30 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid within the specified time limit as outlined in this document, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep the previously paid deposit.

Changes and cancellations

Making changes to your reservation : Changes can be made to your reservation up to six weeks before your arrival date or within the limits of our availability at the time of the proposed modification.

Late arrival - Early departure : In the case of a late arrival or an early departure in comparison to the dates stated on your booking form, no refund will be made. If you are renting an emplacement you must advise us of a late arrival IN WRITING.

If we are given no information concerning such an event, the emplacement will be re-sold to another customer as from mid-day the following day

Cancellations :

1 - On the part of Camping La Plage Fleurie : If your stay as cancelled through reasons of our responsibility (with the exception of extreme unforeseen circumstances forcing us to cancel in the interests of safety and security), the total sum of money paid by way of deposit will be fully reimbursed.

2 - On the part of the tenant : In order to compensate for the breaking of the contract : A cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date will result in the deposit being withheld by the camp site. If a cancellation is made less then 30 days before the arrival date, the price of the holiday will have to be paid in full on the camp site. For these reasons we strongly advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.

Dammages

The camp site facilities and equipment must only be used according to their original intended purpose and function. We advise our customers to be aware that they will be held fully responsible for any damages caused to the buildings and furniture owned by the camp site. The group leader staying in camp site-owned accommodation or in possession of a rented emplacement will be held personally responsible for any loss or damage inflicted upon the property either by one of the members of his holiday party or by a visitor.

A deposit of 200€ for mobile home or caravan hire must be paid by the customer upon arrival, before taking possession of the accommodation. This sum covers any possible damages to the accommodation during the stay, and will be reimbursed after the inventory has been checked and cleared. On the day of departure, accommodation which is left dirty or in an otherwise generally unfit state will incur a 80 ¤ charge to the tenant in order to cover the cleaning costs.

Domestic pets

Pets are permitted on the camp site, providing that they have been declared at the time of reservation and that they do not disturb the tranquillity or threaten the security of other holidaymakers. All domestic animals must conform to the basic rules of hygiene. Dogs must be kept on a leash and owners of all animals must be able to present a valid vaccination booklet, Domestic animals are not allowed entry into the swimming-pool and on the beach.

Camp site rules and regulations

Night-time noise levels : Residents are asked to respect the camp site rules at all times, especially those regarding night-time noise levels. Copies of the camp site rules and regulations are held at reception.

Causing a disturbance and irresponsible behaviour : Tenants are responsible of any trouble or disturbance caused by the members of their family or holiday party whilst staying at the camp site. If a resident causes a disturbance or generally makes him or herself a nuisance to other holidaymakers due to inappropriate and irresponsible behaviour he will be removed immediately from the camp site. In such on event no refund will be given and the person in question will be forced to pay any damages caused whatsoever to the camp site or to other residents.

Responsability of the camp site

Apart from its obligatory legal responsibilities, Camping La Plage Fleurie cannot ben held responsible for :

• - theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during of following a tenant's stay at the camp site. ... )
• - breakdown or malfunctioning of technical equipment; breakdown or closure of camp site facilities.
• Measures taken by the Site Manager limiting access to certain facilities, including the swimming-pool, in the interest of safety and/or security or due to routine maintenance works.
• We reserve the right to modify the structure and make-up of the camp site as we see fit.
• In the unlikely event of lawsuit, the commercial tribunal of Aubenas is the only agent permitted to intervene
