take exit 18 Montélimar Sud then head for Pierrelatte

Location

  • How do we get to the campsite?

    From the A7 Autoroute du Soleil, take exit 18 Montélimar Sud. Then head for Pierrelatte >, followed by Bourg Saint Andéol >, St Rémèze > and finally Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. Go through Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, then head for Ruoms. At the Lidl roundabout, turn left. After 1 km, opposite the Les Lauriers restaurant, turn left and the campsite is located at the end of the road.

  • How far is the closest railway station?

    The closest railway station is in Montélimar, 60 kilometres from the campsite (around 1 hour by road).

  • Is the campsite far from the Pont d’Arc?

    The campsite is 6 kilometres from the Pont d’Arc, around 15 minutes by car.

Arrival/Departure

  • What are the arrival and departure days?
    • With the pitches: you can arrive or leave on any day.
    • With the cottages: in the low season, you can arrive or leave on any day. In the high season, arrivals and departures take place on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays.
  • What are the arrival and departure times?
    • With the pitches: arrivals and departures take place at midday.
    • With the cottages: arrivals take place from 4 p.m. and departures between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
  • What should we do in the event of late arrival?

    The concierge will be here to welcome you. To get your keys, you should provide him with a form of I.D. You should come back the following morning, to complete the reception formalities. Attention: after 11 p.m. you cannot go in with your vehicle!

My holiday rental/pitch

  • Are sheets provided in the holiday rentals?

    Sheets are included in the 4**** and PREMIUM holiday rentals. For the other accommodation, you can hire cotton sheets for €18 per set.

  • Are holiday rentals equipped with duvets or blankets?

    Holiday rentals are equipped with duvets.

  • Do the holiday rentals all have heating?

    Yes, either with radiators or reversible air conditioning.

  • Is the accommodation equipped with a TV?

    Most of our accommodation has a television, apart from the MOOREA and BALI cottages.

  • Are babies included in the holiday rental accommodation capacity?

    Yes

  • Can I book two holiday rentals side by side?

    Yes, (depending on campsite availability).

  • Can I choose my holiday rental or pitch number?

    Yes (depending upon campsite availability).
    In July/August, a €40 supplement is requested when selecting your pitch.

  • Are the terraces covered?

    Yes

  • When do I have a firm booking?

    You have a firm booking when we receive your initial deposit.

  • Do you accept chèques vacances (national holiday discount vouchers)?

    Yes

  • When and how should I pay the balance of my stay?

    You should pay the balance a month before your arrival. You can pay using a bank card, cheque, cash, holiday discount vouchers or electronic transfers.

  • Can I alter my booking?

    You can alter your booking subject to campsite agreement and availability. Charges apply (please see the General Terms and Conditions).

  • Can we, if we choose extend our stay on-site?

    Yes (depending upon campsite availability).

  • What if we choose to leave earlier than planned?

    The full booking price will become due.

Cancellation insurance

  • Would you advise me to take out cancellation insurance?

    Yes, we advise you to do so, for your protection and peace of mind.

  • Which major reasons does cancellation insurance cover?

    Death, accident or serious illness, hospital admission of the insured, a parent or close relative (with supporting documents).

Animals

  • Are animals welcome?

    Yes, except for dogs in categories 1 and 2.

On-site

  • What means of payment are accepted by the campsite?

    Bank card, cheque, holiday vouchers, cash or electronic transfers.

  • Are barbecues permitted?
    • We have communal barbecue areas on the campsite.
    • Gas barbecues are permitted.
  • Does the rate include access to the water park?

    Yes

  • Is the water park heated?

    We have a heated pool with paddling pool.

  • Are swimming shorts permitted?

    Swimming shorts are not permitted.
